Sverigedemokraters syn på islam, sharia och våldtäkter debatteras just nu. I flera rasisters argumentation framstår det ofta som om sharialagar används för att förtrycka kvinnor. Men det stämmer inte.

Sharia-argument används för att förtrycka kvinnor i många länder. Men de används också i kampen FÖR kvinnors rättigheter.

Sharia betyder nämligen inget annat än Guds lag och som bekant kan man läsa Bibeln och Koranen som fan läser Bibeln och Koranen…

Ett exempel på hur sharia fungerar i länder där religiösa extremister styr är Jordanien. Där finns det en lag; Artikel 308 i Jordaniens lag, som ger våldtäktsmän möjlighet att undslippa straff genom att gifta sig med den våldtagne. Kvinnan får möjlighet att ta emot ”erbjudandet” om giftermål. De som dömer detta dömer enligt sharia och sitter oftast i så kallade ”shariadomstolar”.

Offren för denna drakoniska lag och liknande lagar är tyvärr många:

In Morocco, another young victim unfortunately did not survive the effects of her ordeal. Amina El-Filali, a 16-year old village girl chose to commit suicide through drinking rat poison rather than endure what she had told her parents was an unbearable marriage to the 23-year old man who had raped her. Her rapist was exonerated under Article 475 of the Moroccan penal code, the country’s equivalent to Article 308. Amina’s case shows that this abhorrent law and the problematic attitudes that condone it is an issue of wider regional significance, and not just limited to Jordan.  Sexual harassment and discrimination against women is endemic across the countries of the Middle East and beyond.

De som är emot Jordaniens ”våldtäktslag” baserar också sina argument i sharia:

”Since forced marriages are null and void in Islamic law, Sharia judges could take a firmer stand and question the victims if they are being forced into marriage,” Sabbagh added.

Eftersom påtvingade giftemål strider mot sharia bör shariadomstolarna vara MOT att tvinga kvinnor att gifta sig med våldtäktsmännen, anser de.

MP Wafaa Bani Mustafa, has (Jerash, 1st District), who has served in two consecutive parliaments, said Article 308 “basically allows the continuation of rape within the family and must be eliminated”.
At a local conference in October, judges and legal experts revealed that in the 99 cases of suspected rape reported until the end of June this year, 95 per cent of the perpetrators managed to avoid punishment by marrying their victims.
Lawyer Ahmad Najdawi, who has been in practice since 1971 and served as a judge on the Criminal Court, pointed out that Article 308 comes from the French Napoleonic Penal Code.
“Obviously, Article 308 and many other articles in the Jordanian Penal Code are derived from the Napoleonic Penal Code and do not relate to our Islamic Sharia that calls for protecting and raising the standards of women,” Najdawi explained.
“This article should be scrapped or amended, because basically it represents a reward for the rapist,” he said…
Sharia (Islamic law) professor at the University of Jordan Abdulruhman Kilani said allowing sex offenders to marry their victims contradicts the main purpose of marriage, which is to form stable families.“Such marriages are unjust and against Sharia, which calls for building a family without being forced into marriage,” Kilani said.
Turning to Article 308, she said the Sharia position in this regard is clear; the problem is with its application by Sharia judges.
“Since forced marriages are null and void in Islamic law, Sharia judges could take a firmer stand and question the victims if they are being forced into marriage,” Sabbagh added.
“We believe that such a law should not exist in a moderate and civilised country like Jordan,” Morcos added.
For her part, Bani Mustafa pledged to raise the issue within her Lower House bloc in the hope that “this article and other discriminatory articles will be eliminated from the Penal Code and the Personal Status Law”.

Sharia används alltså av några för att rättfärdiga våldtäkter på kvinnor och andra använder sharia för att försöka stoppa och förhindra våldtäkter!
När Sverigedemokrater påstår att sharia är ”ondskefullt” så dömer de också ut kvinnorrättskämparna som onda!
